Have you ever wondered how others do to have a fitness life? How come it doesn't fit into your busy schedule and workload? You feel like you have to choose between one thing or the other....

How to have a fitness life being a busy person?

It's not about your life or your exercises.

You can always balance your life.

It's not an easy thing, but no matter how busy you are, it is always possible to establish a smart and lasting habit of physical training.

That is the key. Find the balance for a lifestyle that you can maintain over time.

These are the best tips I can give you to start having a fitness life

1. YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND TIME TO EXERCISE

We must bear in mind that the sport does not have to be done in a gym or a training room since there are many ways to keep in shape in a simple way, it is simply necessary that you pay attention. Of course, you can choose to do exercise at your home.

Check your schedule. Observe at what time you start and finish different activities like study, job, meals. Try to find 1 or 2 hours before or after them. Between 3 or 4 times a week ideally.

Most of the time it is not about not having time to exercise but not being able to organize and have the willpower to do so.

2. PLAN YOUR MEALS

A general recommendation is to consume two to three servings a day of foods rich in protein or calculate 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of weight, being around 25% of your plate of food. Other 25% should be rich food in carbohydrates and the remaining 50% must be fruits and vegetables. However, you should consult your nutritionist for your particular case.

But whatever the case, you must manage portions and proportions of specific types of food.

It looks difficult if you wait until your mealtime when you have to cook. Plan it.

Consider having sources of protein, fruits, and vegetables ready.

You can cook once or twice a week and leave everything ready for your future meals.

3. DO WHAT YOU LIKE

Put your heart into what you really like in your exercise routine.

You may be loaded with good intentions, but if you don't like doing an activity, you'll find a million reasons to skip it.

Still don't know what your favorite moment is? Try different times of the day, different places, and different styles until you reach a pace that you feel comfortable with.

4. SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING

We tend to see the process of getting fit as an all or nothing: we are in "fitness mode" or not. But there are middle points.

You can improve your body and health even when the circumstances of your life seem not to allow it, in this case, due to lack of time.

Changing our mindset to one of "something is better than nothing" allows us to continue training when external circumstances get in the way.

Training only 12 minutes or only doing 2 exercises in your routine is not wasted time. It is doing something, and something is always better than nothing.
